Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. In some instances orders might take 7-14 days to arrive due to longer lead times. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder or cancel your order.
Next Day Delivery: The next day cutoff time for next day is 12:00 noon EST. Orders that do not make the shipping cutoff time or that contain large items that require freight delivery may require additional delivery time.
Order Shortages: Although we strive to provide perfect shipments, occasionally shipping errors do occur. If you receive an order that is missing items, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt of your order to provide replacements. If an order is missing items and we have not been notified by you, we may be unable to provide replacements.
Out of Stock: Although at checkout time stock may be available, but due to purchasing traffic, there might not be enough stock during fulfillment to process the order. In that event, every effort will be made to contact you by e-mail within 24 hrs. At that time, you will be given the option to remain on backorder, or cancel your order.
Shipping Exception: We ship to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States. The following are a list of exceptions:

    Your privacy is very important to us and we will do our best to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal information. We will use the personal information provided by you only in the normal course of our business. We will not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with others without your consent except as necessary to comply with legal process or other applicable legal requirements, to provide the products or services you have requested, to protect or defend our rights or property, to comply with credit reporting requests, or as otherwise permitted by law. We do provide names and shipping addresses to certain manufacturers and service providers who assist us with order processing, fulfillment and shipping.

This includes your name, address, shipping address, telephone number, e-mail address, password, credit card information, and product purchases and preferences. Personal information is collected when you apply for an account with us, when you submit orders to us via the Internet or otherwise, when you contact us via e-mail or otherwise, and when you voluntarily provide information to us in response to promotions, special offers, or other events. We may retain your personal information subject to our privacy policy.

    Returns & Replacements
    Return Policy: Return fee apply as specified below and at the discretion of BuyBizSupplies.
    10-25% Fee: May apply for returns other than damaged.
    Add'l Fees up to 25% will apply for open packages.
    Note: Items that are refused or returned for reason other than shipping damage may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
    Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for refunds to be processed. Credit is applied to the original method of payment.
    Return Authorization. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date. You must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from BuyBizSupplies prior to shipping the item for return. The RA number must be provided on the return shipping label. We cannot accept returns without an RA number or beyond the 30-day time frame. In addition, eShopSquare cannot be responsible for unauthorized returns.
    A 20-day return policy applies on most online purchases from BuyBizSupplies. An Order #, reason for return and condition of product must be included in the your request. Complete instructions will be sent by email. Return Authorization is valid for 20 days.
    UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, a refund will be issued. Reshipments are not processed.
    REFUSED DELIVERIES: Shipments that are "refused" will be handled as a return in accordance with our return policy. Unless prior arrangements have been discussed and approved, return fees apply and freight is non-refundable.
    ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders can be cancelled on the BuyBizSupplies site within 90 minutes of order submittal. After that time, cancellation requests must be received by us prior to 3 pm CST. Cancellation requests are NOT guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return it following the instructions above. refunded.
